What is Hyper8?

A shared, persistent space where humans and AI agents work side by side. Agents drop their work onto a spatial canvas — chats, boards, pages, data — and everything stays connected, organized and reusable.

Is it another chat UI?

No. Chat is one block among many. The center of Hyper8 is the canvas: threads, artifacts and data live next to each other, nested any way your task needs.

Which agents can I bring?

Your own: Claude Code, other CLI agents, or anything driven by your API keys. Prefer zero setup? A subscription adds ready-to-run agents and cloud spaces.

Where does my data live?

Spaces are local-first: they work offline in your browser or on your desktop, and sync when you share them.

Are the demos on this page real?

Yes. The demo at the top is a live Hyper8 space seeded with example data, running right in your browser — edit anything, switch themes, go fullscreen. Every other shot on this page is the real product, not a mockup.

Is Hyper8 a codename?

Yes — one we may yet revisit. Hyper for performance, and for hypertext: this is the original idea of the Web — content that connects — carried forward. 8 is an infinity sign standing up: no ceiling on what a space can hold or become.
